West Federal Street Parking Ban - A parking ban is in effect for West Federal Street between Phelps and Fifth for the duration of the West Federal Street improvement project. Traffic will be maintained in both directions during the project and the diagonal parking east of Phelps will still be available. The project is expected to be complete in late August 2008.
