Last Week for Golf at Stambaugh for 2015
(November 23, 2015) - Sunday, November 29th will be the last day of operation of Stambaugh Golf Course for the 2015 season. Come out and get in your last golf fix before the snow hits!
Thanksgiving Sanitation Schedule
(November 20, 2015) - The Thanksgiving Holiday will affect the garbage collection for City residents whose normal collection day is Thursday or Friday. Those residents should put out their trash a day late. The collection schedule will not change for those residents whose normal schedule is Monday through Wednesday.
Free Leaf Composting
(November 17, 2015) - No more free leaf bags are available, but leaf bag collection (paper bags only) will continue on your regular trash pickup day through November 27th. More information

Zoning Dept. Has Relocated
(October 7, 2015) - Effective immediately, the City Zoning Department has relocated to the office of Community Planning and Economic Development. All Zoning permits are now issued at the new location: 20 W. Federal Street, Suite 602 (20 Federal Place Building).
JJC Co-Ed Intramural Sports League for Grades 4, 5 and 6
(August 21, 2015) – Youngstown Department of Parks & Recreation is partnering with C.I.R.V. and Mahoning County Juvenile Court to provide a year round sports program for Mahoning County children in Grades 4, 5 and 6. Youngstown Awarded State Innovation Grant
