Mahoning Valley Historical Society

The Mahoning Valley Historical Society recently entered into a Development Agreement with the City of Youngstown committing an investment of approximately $3 million toward the renovation and opening of their museum and archive located at 325 W. Federal Street. More

Youngstown Business Incubator

The Youngstown Business Incubator recently entered into a Development Agreement with the City of Youngstown committing an investment of $1.2 million to expand and renovate its operations located at 241 W. Federal and 234 Boardman Streets. More

Iron City Wood Products, Inc.

Iron City Wood Products, Inc. recently entered into a Development Agreement with the City of Youngstown committing to invest an estimated $900,000 to relocate their operations to the east side of Youngstown and renovate the existing building to construct a manufacturing/warehousing facility. More

Local software development and consulting company, Empyra.com, Inc., recently entered into a Development Agreement with the City of Youngstown committing to invest an estimated $582,000 towards hiring and the expansion of its operations in the downtown business district. More

Green Haines Sgambati Co., LPA recently entered into a Development Agreement with the City of Youngstown committing to invest $115,000 to consolidate and relocate its existing Austintown and Wick Avenue offices to downtown Youngstown. More
