The Oh Wow! Roger & Gloria Jones Children's Center for Science & Technology is a hands-on museum located in Downtown Youngstown. Their educational exhibits and interactive activities offer their guests a place where children play to learn and adults learn to play.

The League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan political organization which encourages the informed and active participation of citizens in government and influences public policy through education and advocacy.
A Regional Property Information System contains a comprehensive collection of regional demographic, economic, housing, and real property data. Much of this data is currently available through the United States Census Bureau, local municipalities and county government. The Auditor serves as the county's chief fiscal officer, chief assessor, and sealer of weights and measures. As fiscal officer, the auditor is responsible for maintaining county financial records, issuing warrants (checks) for payment of county obligations and preparing the County’s Annual Financial Report (CAFR). As assessor, the auditor determines property values for taxing purposes and transferring real property deeds.
