The Oh Wow! Roger & Gloria Jones Children's Center for Science & Technology is a hands-on museum located in Downtown Youngstown. Their educational exhibits and interactive activities offer their guests a place where children play to learn and adults learn to play.

A Regional Property Information System contains a comprehensive collection of regional demographic, economic, housing, and real property data. The Auditor serves as the county's chief fiscal officer, chief assessor, and sealer of weights and measures. And, as sealer of weights and measures, the auditor tests and certifies the accuracy of various commercial measuring devices.
